He could have a smooth schedule without any hurdles as such. The film is also getting laurels around the world and has made the city internationally famous.
But the terror storm which was unleashed on Mumbai has also made the city infamous now.
Many foreign film makers who were planning to make movies in India are now reworking their plans.
More so now since it's crystal clear that the main focus was to kill Americans, Jews and other foreigners. So it's but natural that the foreign film makers are panicking now and are scared about shooting in the country.
'Gandhi' actor Ben Kingsley was planning to do two films to be made in India based on the Taj Mahal and Gautham Buddha. The production was supposed to start in the beginning of 2009.
Mr.Kinglsey reportedly said at the BBC Radio 5 Live at British Independent Film Awards, " I was planning in India. One was a film about Buddha, the other is not far enough along for me to describe. I was going to be filming definitely in 2009, probably in the first few months of the year".
He adds he's absolutely horrified by the attack in Mumbai and that it will definitely affect his plans of shooting in the country. But he maintains that the financiers of the flicks will have the last say and then he'll take the final call.
Now if the shoot of a big international project doesn't take place due to the horrific chain of events, it sure will be a huge loss
