Sharad Malhotra better known as Amar of Banu Main Teri Dulhan. Sharad who was planning to celebrate New Years with his family in Kolkatta expressed his desire to buy a house in the coming year.

According to sources, currently Sharad lives in Versova on rent but always had this dream of owing a house in Mumbai.

Due to the recession happening nowadays property rates have slashed down by 25% so he feels that this is the right time to buy a house for himself. He wants to buy a house in the same locality where he is currently staying as of now coz he enjoys the beach view on his way back from the shoot.

The nice breeze and the greenery is something which he can admire from his balcony while having his cup of coffee.

Sharad also informed us that he wants to buy a 2bhk house but he also knows that for sure that his family might not move in with him as his dad is an architect in Kolkatta and is running his own firm there from the past 20 years and even his mom's parents live nearby so there are very bleak chances of his parents moving in with him.

He also said that as his father is an architect he also has an interest in decorating things, like he loves to select the curtains of a particular room and arranging the flower vases and the lamps at particular places.

He loves to do all these things but he feels that all this requires lots of time as well as money and due to his hectic schedule he is unable to do all this. But he has all plans to do the interiors of his new house on his own.

Sharad is said to have a family get together in Kolkatta for New Year's.
