Indians are Indians and cricket fever in India will always be the same as it was earlier.

Be it in any field or in any lane of the country, cricket fever is something whose temperature never seems to sour.

The same happened on the sets of Balika Vadhu too.

It happened when Neha Marda, better known to us as Gehna had a delayed flight back from Kolkata. The flight was scheduled to land at 9a.m which later made a landing at 11.30 a.m.

The unit took advantage of the situation and arranged for a bat and ball.

As the sets are located in remote area of Mumbai the team did face difficulties arranging for a bat and ball.

But the proverb try try till you succeed seemed to have been on everyone's mouth and they finally manage to get the cricket material and started playing.

The unit cooperated as a team and the game went to its fullest. Everyone right from the spot boys to the artists participated and who didn't know how to play were busy cheering for their respective teams.

Smita Bansal aka Sumitra confirms the news saying, "Ohh, we had a gala time.

Neha's absence surely gave us a relief", jokes Smita. "Everyone had a ball of a time. We enjoyed in our ways by playing cricket. I never knew cricket was so much fun until I played it".

Seems like everyone had a blast on Neha's expense. The poor girl did miss the fun.

We spoke to Neha on this matter "Everyone had a blast without me. I love playing cricket and I was the one who missed it. Anyways everyone enjoyed on my expense, I will do the same some other day", jokes Neha.

Everyone seemed to have a gala time, all thanks to cricket which still lives in heart and soul of every single Indian.
