Now, with the best actress trophy in her kitty following Saathiya, Rani is on cloud nine. Not only does she have the entire industry on her friends` list, but also has plum projects in hand.

The grapevine has it that Rani, who is at present shooting for Shah Rukh Khan`s home production Chalte Chalte, has also bagged Ketan Mehta`s film on Mangal Pandey. The film, which has the 1857 Indian uprising as its backdrop, has none other than Aamir Khan in the lead. The film, a prestigious one, had all the actresses vying for the role that the Mukherjee girl is said to have bagged.
