Paying Guests sets Box Office bells ringing for Mukta Arts

Paritosh Painter's Paying Guests may have opened on a weak note but word of mouth started to catch up as the movie received a near packed weekend. Paying Guests is a situational comedy based on a worldwide super hit play and revolves around four bachelors hunting for a house to live in.

The movie is directed by Paritosh Painter and produced by Raju Farooqui under the Mukta Arts Entertainment banner.

Speaking of the box office performance of Paying Guests, Tolu Bajaj, COO Distribution, Mukta Arts says, "On Friday the box office collections were a little low, however, as the word started catching up, and audience appreciation started to generate buzz, the collections shot up as well.

On Sunday the collections were up by as much as 60%. Paying Guests has turned out to be a profit making film for Mukta Arts. In fact the movie has already grossed Rs. 6 Crores within the first 3 days of its release".

Paying Guests stars Shreyas Talpade, Jaaved Jaaferi, Aashish Chowdhary, Vatsal Sheth, Celina Jaitly, Neha Dhupia, Riya Sen, Sayali Bhagat, Jhonny Lever, Delnaaz Paul and Chunky Pandey. The music is given by Sajid-Wajid and the lyrics are by Jalees Sherwani.
