Pritam has been Guru to many Chelas when it comes to music industry. Although, the music director is heard to share good rapport with his followers, but the bottom line is that none of them have been able to give him back the Guru Dakhshina properly, we mean, in terms of chartbuster music.

We are talking about two duo-music composers, Sachin-Jigar and Imraan-Vikram. While Sachin-Jigar were barely recognized by the music-critics for Teree Sang; Imraan-Vikram's musical endeavor in Agyaat went unheard, like the film itself.

Wonder, what's the reason behind the debacle? Well, Guruji himself is heard to have come under the scanner by the YRF camp for the music of the latter's yet untitled flick starring Shahid Kapoor and Anushkha Sharma, under the direction of Parmeet Sethi.
