A metropolitan court on Monday framed charges of causing death due to negligence against film actor Salman Khan in last year's hit and run case.
Nine other charges including those of rash driving and drunken driving, were framed and read out to the actor by magistrate S Y Shisode. Salman Khan pleaded not guilty to all the charges. If convicted, Salman could face upto two years imprisonment.
One person was killed and four others were injured when a Toyota landcruiser, which Salman was driving rammed into a bakery on Hill Road, Bandra on September 28, 2002.
