Bipasha Basu is not complaining, not at the moment at least. Aetbaar is released but only to be followed by 'Rudraksh', 'Mumkin', 'No Entry', 'Jaane Hoga Kya', 'Nehle Pe Dehla', 'Chehra' and 'Rakht'.
Voooooh.... Too many films for a model turned actress, isn't it?
But then Bipasha is not just any model who took to the tinseltown. Dusky but sensuous, Basu always knew how to exploit the oomph factor. Then came ‘Ajnabi' and what followed was the 'sex-kitten' tag, which she is unable to spurn till date.
"I have realised that once you get an image in the film industry, you cannot change it. So, I'm no longer affected by this sex symbol tag. Moreover, it's okay to be labelled ‘sexy'. You need sex appeal to be called sexy and as long as good roles come my way I'm not complaining," she says.
At the moment, pretty lady is crossing her fingers in hope to recreate her magic of 'Jism' with 'Aetbar', which features her real-life beau John in the lead role.
"John and I are good friends and have a cordial working relationship. This gives me a comfort level while working with him," exclaims Bipasha.
Hit or flop, Bipasha has been wise enough to make her retirement plans too. "I want to get married, open a food chain, travel for a year and have children."
So do we hear wedding bells in the near future?
"I am very young now, compared to other heroines. I have been in the industry for only two years. I enjoy doing films. If I decide to get married, I will tell everyone. I have no regrets. Marriage is good. I completely believe in it," she says.
