Shahid Kapoor may have moved on from Sania Mirza but not from tennis. He says he has a lifelong passion for the game.

He travelled from Edinburgh -- where he is shooting for his dad's film Mausam -- to Wimbledon to watch his favourite tennis player Rafael Nadal playing.

The experience left Shahid quite breathless with excitement. "It was just me at Wimbledon. I went alone because I had the day off. Nadal at Centre Court was awesome."

Shahid's Mausam co-star Sonam Kapoor plays a tennis player in Anees Bazmee's Thank You and has picked up the rudiments of the game. Sonam was keen to catch some of the Wimbledon fever with Shak.

She had in fact made plans of joining the actor on his flash trip to Wimbledon but she had to return to Mumbai to promote her film I Hate Luv Storys.
