Suniel Shetty, the once 'action-hero' has truly matured and has become an actor, in the truest sense of the term. He was presented with the SAIFF (South Asia International Film Festival) award in the year 2009 in the category 'Best Actor' for his depiction of the character in the film Red Alert: The War Within.

He started off his Bollywood career with Balwaan in the year 1992, where he was simply was dismissed as a "wooden actor".
