A case has been filed in an Aligarh court, imploring that its vulgar content should be taken to task.
What's surprising is that fact that the case has been filed not just against the producer and director of the reality show but also against its host Salman Khan.
The case has also named the channel's Managing Director (MD), apart from a few contestants - Dolly Bindra, Ali Merchant, Sara Khan, Shweta Tiwari and Samir Soni.
The court case has been filed under multiple sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), including 293 (sale of obscene objects), 294 (obscene acts and songs), and 120 B (criminal conspiracy).
The viewers, who have been watching the show regularly, can vouch for Salman's gentleman act and his very decent gestures towards the contestants as well as the viewers.
Even when a hot Hollywood star like Pamela Anderson came as a guest in the Bigg Boss 4 house, Salman was very graceful and in his usual funny mode. The viewers never got to see him turning vulgar or performing any obscene acts.
Similarly, Shweta Tiwari and Sameer Soni were also named in the case, but they were hardly seen doing any vulgar acts.
Well, while Dolly Bindra was in the house, she instigated Shweta and Samir to use some rough words, but that was still tolerable than Veena Malik's intimate scenes with actor Ashmit Patel.
Meanwhile, a channel source has confirmed that Dolly Bindra will enter the 'Bigg Boss 4' house this Saturday.
The source said Dolly was the lifeline of the show and her entry as a wild card entrant gave a boost to the TRPs of the channel.
The channel has been getting a lot of requests and feedback from the viewers who want Dolly to be voted back on the show.
The channel will be conducting a poll for the next round wild card entry and it is for sure that Dolly will win maximum votes and return to the show.
