Ekta Kapoor is known for her straight forward pricking words and she made no exception when it came to speaking about the rigging in award ceremonies these days. Everyone is aware of this lobbying factor but hardly anyone dares to speak against it openly.

The soap queen said that if one wants to win an award these days, talent will not be enough. According to Ekta, film actors and producers need to learn the art of lobbying to win such awards.

Ekta said that she has seen all these from close being a producer herself. She added that a little hard lobbying will bring you an award. She further said that time has come when the industry should have a fair award ceremony that only acknowledges talents and does think about the stronger lobby of an actor.

The head honcho of Balaji Telefilms said that there is nothing called a 'fair award' exists now. She said that she also lobbied for earning an award or two for her films. Ekta said that such awards are either 'jury awards' or 'popular choice awards' but no such jury exists. She further added that most of the award event has turned into successful business models losing the respect once they had.

Kapoor wants to organize a fair award event that will be judge the right talent and the winners here will be selected by a proper auditing agency.

So, we might expect an announcement from Ekta Kapoor soon.
