Star Parivaar awards, introduced by Star Plus in 2003 to honour people associated with the channel, will be held in Macau
this year.
Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan is expected to attend the Feb 24 event at The Venetian, since he is set to be part of the
channel's forthcoming new dance reality show "Just dance".
"While Star Parivaar Awards 2010 saw the birth of a new Star Plus, year 2011 promises to be bigger and better and full of
surprises. We hope to bring an eventful of exuberance, innovation and an unforgettable sizzling, iconic experience for our
viewers, " Anupam Vasudev, EVP marketing and communication told reporters here.
The awards will be telecast April 3.
Ruth Boston, vice president, destination marketing, The Venetian Macao, feels honoured and delighted to host the awards
at the venue.

In the year 2009, The Venetian Macao also hosted Bollywood's annual International Indian Film Academy awards.
