Prateik is in talks to buy riverside property in North Goa

The next time Prateik is in Goa, he won't have to crash at a hotel or at someone else's place, he'll have his own pad to chill out in.

The actor is in talks to purchase a house north of the sunshine state. It's his favourite destination and he now wants to make it his second hime. A source confirms that he recently met a broker.

A source reveals, "The place he's looking at, is a beautiful river-facing property that's far removed from the crowds in the cities and tourist hangouts.

He was very clear about that particular requirement as he wants utmost privacy." The idea popped into the actor's head while shooting Dum Maaro Dum in Goa.

"It made him fall in love with the place more than ever. He used the great deal of time spent there to meet estate agents and go house hunting."

His spokesperson confirms the development.
