Filmmaker Onir has postponed the release of his new film "I AM from" April 22 to April 29.

"Urban thinking audiences are eagerly awaiting the release of the film. The producers of the film have decided to release the film in the last week of April, but that will make no difference to the fact that 'I AM' is one of the most anticipated movies this year, " said a source.

"I AM" has four stories woven together that takes audiences through issues and dilemmas that bruise the modern society. The film unfolds the tale of individuals struggling to find their identity, and uphold their dignity in a world that is callous, cold and unsympathetic.

The film, which has been winning accloades at various international film festivals, stars Rahul Bose, Sanjay Suri, Juhi Chawla, Manisha Koirala, Nandita Das, Abhimanyu Singh and Purab Kohli. The film will also mark the acting debut of directors Anurag Kashyap and Anurag Basu.
