With 10 films scheduled for release on Dec 24, producer Vashu Bhagnani had decided to postpone his "Vaada" to Jan 7, reports Bollywood Trade.

"It has nothing to do with having to face competition because I know the potential of the film. I just wanted to give a little more time to the pre-release campaign," says Bhagnani, who recently launched "Shaadi No. 1".

There is another film whose fate remains undecided due to the unavailability of theatres. The Salman Khan starrer "Shaadi Karke Phas Gaya Yaar" was scheduled for a Dec 3 release but producer Bubby Kent is now looking at a January release.
