Popular southern star Siddharth, who debuted in Bollywood with "Rang De Basanti", says he has signed director David Dhawan's next project.

"I am thrilled to confirm that I will be doing David Dhawan's next film! Davidji is a very dear friend and I respect him a lot...Can't wait, " Siddharth wrote on microblogging site Twitter.

After super hit "Rang De Basanti", Siddharth's another Hindi movie was "Striker", but it didn't do well at the box office.
