Thanks to some quick and re-thinking Randhir Kapoor joined his brother Rishi for some groovy dancing during the shooting of a dance number for Housefull 2 last week. Randhir was apparently reluctant to share dance space with his nimble-footed bro. He gave in after some persuasion and went on to burn up the dancefloor under choreographer Farah Khan's keen supervision.

It was initially meant to be a dancing competition between the two dancing stars Rishi Kapoor and Mithun Chakraborty. But the nifty number for Housefull 2 choreographed by Farah Khan turned into a free-spirited chorus dance-number.

Says a source from the film, "It was meant to be a number featuring just the two expert dancers Rishi and Mithun. But then producer Sajid Nadiadwala and director Sajid Nadiadwala felt Randhir should also join in.

The two brothers Dabbooji (Randhir) and Chintuji (Rishi) dancing together was a great idea. The only problem was, Dabbooji had not danced for 25 years. He had to be given far easier steps than Chintuji.

And when the three Papas were already part of the song, it was felt the fourth Papa, Boman Irani should not be left out. That's how we ended up shooting ‘Papas' Song' with the four senior stars instead of only Chintuji and Mithunda, as planned. "

That isn't all. Even the producer and director of Housefull 2 have joined in the song.

Says the source, "Farah conceived individual steps for the four actors according to their capabilities. Then she suggested that the two Sajids join in the ‘Papas' Dance'. That's how Nadiadwala and Khan have ended up being part of the number with Randhir, Rishi, Mithun and Boman. "

Says Mithun, "It was just fantastic. Very very entertaining. I really enjoyed myself. "
