Though there has been speculation that Shekhar would join the ruling JD(U) in Bihar, a little birdie tells us that he is quitting politics so that he can make a grand comeback on television with the political jabs he used to be famous for with his trademark show Movers & Shakers (M&S) once upon a time.
Yes! Movers & Shakers is rumoured to return with a new innings on SAB TV next month, with the indomitable Suman doing what he does best.
We asked Bollywood PR guru Dale Bhagwagar who used to be the publicist to Shekhar as well as M&S during its glorious days on Sony, and who had also branded the actor as the First Superstar on Indian Television in the media. But the celebrity publicist refused to comment on the matter saying, "It would be inappropriate for me to say anything or let the cat out of the bag."
Meanwhile, it is learnt that Shekhar Suman is planning to direct a film that stars his son Adhyayan. It's a medical thriller called Heartless, co-starring Giselle Monteiro and Naseeruddin Shah. What's more! The multifaceted man that Shekhar is, if his schedule permits, he's wishing to direct it too.
