'Student Of The Year' actor was left rather embarrassed when a male fan tried to get cosy with the actor during a promotional tour

David Dhawan's son and Karan Johar's latest discovery Varun Dhawan has been busy promoting his upcoming film all over the country. However the actor had never imagined that during a promotional trip to Ahmedabad, he would have to face the affections of a male fan that left him shocked and embarrassed.

A unit member who was with the cast of the film in Ahmedabad says, `This happened earlier this week when the cast was at a mall. Both Varun and Siddharth (Malhotra) were shaking hands and talking to the female fans across a barricade.

Suddenly one girl got too close to Varun and while he was trying to keep away from her, a guy came forward from the crowd and took the actor's hands and put it on his own chest.`


In fact, this fan even loudly mouthed, `I love you` to the actor as if he was announcing it to the entire world. The source adds, `Varun was extremely shocked and embarrassed and started walking away. However, this guy kept throwing kisses at him. Varun was too embarrassed to talk after the incident.`
