Though the actor looked pretty exhausted and little unhappy while he spoke to media about his upcoming projects. Shahid Kapoor has signed a film with 'A Wednesday' fame director Neeraj Pandey where he is going to be seen for the first time ever in a Cop's role.

But before Shahid starts shooting as a cop for Neeraj Pandey's film, He will be working on Prabhudeva's film Namak and Tips' next venture Phata Poster Nikla Hero costarring Ileana D'cruz and directed by Rajkumar Santoshi.

Neeraj Pandey is busy finishing his film 'Special Chabbis' with Akshay Kumar, Manoj Bajpai, Kajal Agarwal and Jimmy Shergill. The film is based on the True Incident of daylight robbery that took place in 80's at Tribhuvandas Bhimji Jhaveri (Mumbai).


Neeraj Pandey was also in plans to make a sequel on his cult classic 'A Wednesday'. There were no confirmations about Shahid Kapoor's film is 'A Wednesday' sequel. Sources claimed, Shahid would be working very hard to get into the skin of a Police Officer's character.
