When contacted director Ashwin Dhir chose to be diplomatic about the big Diwali boxoffice battle. Says the director, `All I'll say is, I firmly believe there's room for two big films during Diwali.

Haven't Indra Kumar's Ishq and Rajkumar Santoshi's Ghayal done well on the same Friday? And what about Lagaan and Gadar Ek Prem Katha? They were both blockbusters on the same Friday? I sincerely want both SOS and Jab Tak Hai Jaan to be big successes.`
