An online imposter is 'casting' for the 'Dostana' sequel on director Tarun Mansukhani's behalf

Dostana director Tarun Mansukhani may have announced a sequel to his 2008 flick Dostana a while back, but he has not yet done any casting for the film. So when he was informed that an impersonator is claiming to be the project's casting agent online, it came as a shock to him.

A source says, `Tarun is still working out the details of the sequel. No casting agent has been hired, so he was taken aback to find a certain Irfan inviting people for auditions.`


The impersonator has put up various requirements for the role and an email ID is provided. There are also details about playing a homosexual character and the need to do a liplock sequence.

To clear the air, Tarun posted on Twitter, `A fake casting agent is sendng msgs out. NO auditions of any kind r happening 4 Dostana 2. Pls DO NOT respond 2 them!` (sic)
