Earlier Karan casted Hrithik and Kareena, to play the lead roles, but subsequently the Roshan scion walked out the movie on the pretext of health issue. Followed by the exit of Bebo, who reportedly left the movie due to the evolution of polemic with KJo, post the bombing of "Gori Tere Pyaar Mein" at BO.
Thereafter another buzz made it to grapevine suggesting that Karan has approached Ranveer and Deepika to take command of his jolting cine ship, but instead of rescuing Karan from this labyrinth the duo preferred to team-up for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's, "Bajirao Mastani".
But now the recent buzz suggests that after knocking the doors of so many A graders of industry, finally Karan has decided to cast Dabangg of Bollywood Salman.
Reportedly, a few days ago K.Jo visited Salman's residence with the script of "Shuddhi", which Salman has liked and is now working on the dates and other logistics before giving the final affirmation.
"Shuddhi" will be directed by Karan Malhotra and is expected to release in the last quarter of 2015.

Karan who is a close pal of SRK almost worked with latter for years and only had Salman in his 1998 release "Kuch Kuch Hota Hai". Post "KKHH" the professional as well as personal ties between the Karan and Salman ended due to latter's infamous brawl with SRK and former's proximity with him.
But in the recent past when Salman made an appearance on K.Jo's hit TV show Koffee With Karan, rancor between them appeared to be withering away indicating the reunion of these two titans of their respective cine arenas.
Well after seeing this reunion of Salman and Karan despite their distinct equations with SRK, all we can say is that, in showbiz neither friendship is permanent nor is the rivalry.
