Telly actress Digangana Suryavanshi, who essays the title role in TV show, 'Veera', is apparently not easy to work with. Though barely 16 years old, the youngster is said to be treading on the toes of her co-actors much to their consternation.
A source says, "Since she is playing the lead, she thinks that she can get away with anything. She thinks she's a big star and is now behaving in a high-handed manner. The situation has reached such a level that her co-stars have unanimously complained against her behavior to the production house. The channel is also aware of the situation."
The source adds, "When there is a combination shoot, she makes her co-stars, Sneha Wagh, Shagufta Ali, Shivin Narang, Vishal Vashisht and Vishwapreet Kaur wait endlessly for her. It is shocking the way she behaves with senior actors as well."
A source from the sets of the show points out that it's hilarious to watch her speak English with a foreigner's accent. "Off screen, she speaks Hindi with an English accent," says the source. Another actor reveals under the condition of anonymity that the actress's mother is always on the sets with her like a shadow. "What's more, she interferes in everything," says the actor.
Digangana says, "I don't understand how these rumours come about; all this is false." Meanwhile, Veera's producer Yash Patnaik was not available for comment.
It may be pointed out that Digangana, who played Nuzhat in 'Qubool Hai', had to leave the show on account of her tiffs with co-actors Surbhi Jyoti, Archana Taide and Rishab Sinha. Looks like history is repeating itself.
