Fawad Khan is excited about making his Bollywood debut with Khoobsurat.

What's interesting is that in his first film itself, he will be seen shirtless, which is bound to be a treat for his female fan following.

Social media is abuzz with Fawad's film debut in India since he is already a popular TV face on both sides of the border. Says Fawad, "All the adulation has been a little overwhelming. But I am enjoying all the attention as I have received a lot of love here in India and that is truly touching."

Adds the actor, who plays a prince in this Shashanka Ghosh-directed film opposite Sonam Kapoor, "I am extremely excited about Khoobsurat. I couldn't have asked for a more ideal platform."

Khoobsurat, produced by Walt Disney Pictures in association with Anil Kapoor Film Company, releases September 19.
