Sources say that the reason behind this move was the fact that she didn't want the CCTV footage of her building to be shown to anyone else. Turns out that this actress has been seeing a married actor. The actress apparently got worried that if the police were to look into the stalker case, they'd ask to take a look at the building's CCTV footage, which would then blow the cover on her relationship with the actor.
