Holy Cow! Singer Malkit Singh's daughter jailed for child sex abuse

After emerging as one of the legendary singers belonging to Punjabi pop, probably UK based Punjabi singer Malkit Singh wouldn't have even though of in his remotest dreams that the paradise of his repute will come down shattering in one of the most bizarre and shameful manner.

If reports pertaining to one of verdict of a UK court are to be believed then they suggest that Malkit Singh's daughter, Amardip Bhopari has been sentenced to two years' imprisonment for having sexual relations with one her pupil suffering ADHD.

According to reports, Boparai who was working with an institution meant for children with learning disability ever since 2012, indulged in sexual act with a boy much younger to her.

Reports further suggest that Amardip's carnal endeavor with the boy who suffers from ADHD started just before Valentine's Day in 2013.

As per reports published in British media Boparai's sexual encounters with the the boy whose identity has been kept kept under wraps, began in school art room, and also took place in her car and even at an industrial estate near the school. And in order to woo her toy-boy and keep his fascination fixated to her, Amardip use to buy expensive gifts for him.


But eventually equations started worsening between the two when the victim started dating a girl of his own age and told Boparai to end their relationship, to which Boparai insisted that they should carry on and she did not want it to end.

The incident came to light when Bopari, who is from Foley Road East, Streetly, Sutton Coldfield in Birmingham, was arrested in December 2013 for her offence.

Reports also suggest that soon after the unveiling of this entire shameful mess around his family, legendary singer Malkit Singh known for evergreen hits like "Tutak Tutak Tutak Tutiyaan" and "Gur Nal Ishq Mitha" has deactivated his social media accounts because of the endless posts which he received.
