The grapevine is abuzz with rumours of Aditya Pancholi having recently created a scene on the sets of 'Bajirao Mastani', Sanjay Leela Bhansali's period romance in which he plays a negative role. Sources say the actor came to the sets in a foul mood and flew off the handle while talking to a few unit hands.
An insider says, "We had a morning shift and were shooting some important scenes which required Pancholi to be present on the sets. However, he not only turned up late but also seemed to be in a really bad mood. After walking in, he started interacting with some crew members. Suddenly, he started misbehaving with them. The situation was about to go out of control but other unit members rushed to the scene and stopped him."
The actor was suspected to be in high spirits and asked to leave the sets immediately. Another source adds: "We did not want to halt the shoot or take action against him and make things worse. He was asked to take a day off and the next day, he arrived on the sets looking alright. He also apologised to the unit hands for his behaviour."
Despite several attempts, Pancholi remained unavailable for comment.
