There is a lot of hype surrounding Umesh Shukla's '102 Not Out' with Amitabh Bachchan, which is slated to go on floors this June. However, sources suggest that the plans may be postponed as the director is yet to wrap up the shoot of his other film, 'All Is Well'.
The schedule of 'All Is Well' went for a toss when HRD minister Smriti Irani had to opt out of the film a few months ago due to her political commitments. Says a source, "The film is definitely delayed and will, in turn, affect the schedule of his next project, '102 Not Out' which was supposed to roll in June. In fact, it has been postponed to mid 2016. Both the films are being produced by T-Series"
Adapted from a Gujarati play of the same name, '102 Not Out' will see Big B playing a centenarian, who is keen to break the record of the longest living human. And in doing so, he changes the outlook of his 75-year-old son, who is completely different from him in nature. Paresh Rawal will essay the son's character.
Shukla dismisses the buzz about the film being postponed. He says: "We will be finishing the shoot of 'All is Well' in 10 days."
