Twamev Launched A 'Truly You' Campaign With Orry!
The answer unfolded in Jaipur in a two day celebration that took audiences through the different moods of an Indian wedding before arriving at the collection showcase. The weekend opened with an intimate Sufi night, followed by a vibrant mehendi carnival and an evening sangeet, culminating in Twamev’s fashion showcase on the second day. By making the runway the final chapter of the weekend, Twamev allowed the collection to emerge naturally from the world it had created. Creators including Roshni Walia, Ahana Raheja, Aastha Shah, Kanishk Anand, Tanzeel Khan, Chirag Khanna, Krishen Riyat, Cipia Artul, Mannat Sandhu and Khalid Walid joined the celebrations.

The idea behind the format was rooted in Twamev’s “Truly You” philosophy, which approaches occasionwear as an expression of personality rather than a set of rules. The wedding became a backdrop for celebrating individuality, self-expression, and the people who bring their own meaning to every occasion.

Sharing his thoughts on the campaign, Raghav Agarwal, Founder of Twamev, says, “When we thought of this campaign, we wanted to do something that felt unexpected but still stayed true to what Twamev stands for. Turning Orry’s wedding into a celebration of self-expression gave us the perfect setting to bring that idea to life in Jaipur. The new collection follows the same thought, encouraging people to celebrate who they are and be ‘Truly You’.”

The collection carries that same spirit into its design language. Rooted in Indian occasionwear, Twamev brings together heritage craftsmanship and contemporary glamour. Womenswear explores saris, lehengas and fluid skirts through structured blouses, corsetry, cropped jackets and sculptural separates, with rich embroidery, sequins and metallic surfaces across champagne, blush, burnished gold, rust, bottle green, midnight blue, black and deep maroon. Menswear takes a streamlined approach to ceremonial dressing, with elongated kurtas, bandhgalas, tailored jackets and coordinated separates. Traditional embroidery and ornamental motifs meet artwork inspired and pixel art elements, creating a contemporary visual language for Indian dressing.

On celebrating himself through the campaign, Orry says: “Orry sabko pyaar karta hai, par usse pehle Orry khud ko pyaar karta hai, bahut saara. Which is why I am marrying myself, because that is a truly ‘Truly You’ love story.”

With this Truly You campaign, Twamev turned the launch of a wedding collection into a story that audiences could follow, experience and ultimately see come to life through fashion. The collection was not simply unveiled; it arrived as the culmination of a celebration designed around the idea of being truly yourself.
