Golfers prefer the sport to sex, money and women
A survey of golfers shows many of them think their sport is more important than sex, money and women.

The Today's Golfer magazine survey found 94% wouldn't let their boss beat them in a game.

The survey of 5,000 readers also found 90% would prefer a set of clubs to a supply of Viagra or a year's membership to Stringfellows.

Editor of Today's Golfer magazine, Neil Pope, says: "As a result of holding the survey we now feel we know our golfers to a tee. It really shows that to some of us, golf comes before everything - including sex, money and women."

He adds: "For example, as part of the survey we gave golfers the option of driving away in a new Ferrari, spending a weekend with Jordan, or playing golf with Tiger Woods. Remarkably 50% would rather get a round in with Tiger, than join the other 50% living in the fast lane with racy models."
