Varun Dhawan was supposed to begin shooting for his brother Rohit Dhawan's next, 'Dishoom' in Abu Dhabi next month. However, with co-actor John Abraham having undergone a knee surgery recently, the schedule has been delayed. Consequently, Varun has reworked his date diary and will devote himself completely to Rohit Shetty's 'Dilwale' starring Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol.
Varun says he was supposed to shoot for a full month for 'Dishoom', but it has now been reduced to just 10 days. "With 20 free days in hand, I will start dubbing for 'Dilwale' and also film a song, which was to be shot later," he adds.
The actor will also be a part of the upcoming Mumbai Academy of Moving Image (MAMI) Mumbai film festival starting October 29. "When I received an invitation from organisers, I thought it would be a great platform to connect with fans. I will be talking about how films have influenced my life and what makes them tick. It will be exciting," adds the actor.
