Nargis Fakhri, who will soon be seen essaying a pivotal role in the upcoming film 'Azhar', collapsed while shooting a song sequence for the film and a doctor had to be summoned.
Says a source, "The film's shoot wrapped up a while ago, but the makers wanted to film an additional song which is the recreation of the popular song 'Oye Oye' from 'Tridev' (1989). The actress was filming the sequence at a film studio yesterday when, suddenly she collapsed and a doctor had to be called. Nargis was running high fever as well and the unit had to pack up. This ended up costing a loss of around Rs 35-40 lakh to the makers."
When contacted, Nargis says, "I was ecstatic to shoot the song, but suddenly during the shot I felt giddy and uneasy. I was beginning to feel feverish as well and the producers summoned a doctor on set immediately. But my fever had shot up and thus I had to rest and head back home. Since the film's release is a month away, I will be back on set tomorrow."
