There were reports that Ghai had signed the "Baaghi" star as a lead in his comeback film.
When asked about this, Tiger told PTI, "I haven't signed anything with him. We have been talking since a long time but nothing has really come out. Working with him would be great for me. He is not going to benifit much but I will get to learn a lot."
Tiger, who made his debut in 2014 with "Heropanti", was earlier supposed to be launched by Ghai. Interestingly, the "Taal" filmmaker had launched Tiger's father, Jackie Shroff as the leading man in "Hero".
Known for films like "Karz", "Hero", "Ram Lakhan" and "Pardes", the 71-year-old director last helmed "Kaanchi: The Unbreakable", the same year Tiger made his debut.
Meanwhile, the "Baaghi" star will be next seen in "A Flying Jatt".
