It was recently reported that Shah Rukh Khan will do a cameo in Ranbir Kapoor's 'Jagga Jasoos', however contrary to the rumours it emerges that Shah Rukh Khan will not be seen in Anurag Basu's musical adventure featuring Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif.

Sources close to the film rubbishes the rumours and say, "The ongoing Twitter banter between Shah Rukh Khan and Ranbir Kapoor have sparked off rumours. However, it is untrue that Shah Rukh will do a cameo in 'Jagga Jasoos'. Shah Rukh Khan was spotted on the film's sets last year, this further provided as fodder to gossip mills."

Shah Rukh and Ranbir were last seen sharing screen space in 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' and it would have been a delight for the audience to witness SRK play a part in this musical adventure.

Nonetheless, both the actors have been treating their fans with their adorable Twitter banter and offscreen camaraderie. Shah Rukh Khan is currently on a promotional spree for his upcoming Imtiaz Ali directorial 'Jab Harry met Sejal' that will hit the theatres on August 4th. While Ranbir Kapoor is all geared up for the release of Anurag Basu's adventure flick 'Jagga Jasoos' alongside Katrina Kaif. The film releases on 14th July.
