The trailer of Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif's highly anticipated action-thriller film Sooryavanshi has just unveiled and like any other Rohit Shetty directorial, it is action-packed, high on grandeur, drama and witty one-liners.The trailer was released this very afternoon in a grand event in Mumbai attended by all three super cops of the famed Rohit Shetty Cop Universe. The trailer is unusually long at 4 minutes and 15 seconds but commensurates with the grandeur of the film.

It starts with narration by Ajay Devgn's Singham of the terror attacks that Mumbai has been through starting from the 1993 serial blasts, 2002 bus blasts, 2006 train blasts, and 26/11 in 2008. The primary focus is on the remaining 600 kg of RDX brought for the '93 blasts as only 400 kg was used. Akshay Kumar's DCP Veer Sooryavanshi will be dealing with sleeper cells and a highly probable upcoming terror attack. Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn reprise their roles from the franchise for extended guest appearances and have grand entries. Akshay and Ajay even take a dig at each other over who's entry was grander. Katrina Kaif plays Sooryavanshi's wife also looks great and its refreshing to see her and Akshay's pair returning to the silver screen after 10 years. Watch the trailer -
