There have been reports of how the paparazzi culture, which is hugely prevalent both in the US and UK, has now invaded the Indian film industry and how soon we will hear of celebrities getting paid to get married and then getting paid some more to have baby until they are paid a greater some to get divorced.

However, there are some people like Akshay Khanna who have refused to follow the trend.

Sources have revealed that the temperamental actor has refused to sell 'exclusive pictures' of himself and his former girl friend to a paparazzi magazine.

It goes without saying that since the actor has always maintained a very low profile, there is always a greater degree of curiosity regarding his personal life.

Also, since the lady in question is believed to a New York based socialite by the name of Tara Sharma, the foreign media is extremely keen on discovering more about the relationship that was and was willing to pay Akshaye a huge sum of money for some sort of photographic evidence.

But Akshaye simply refused choosing instead to concentrate on the shooting of his films - Abbas Mastan's 'Naqab' and 'Race'.
