Tiger Shroff is surely a filmmaker's first choice when it comes to picking a hero for an action film. Tiger's recent film 'War' directed by Siddharth Anand was a blockbuster hit and has made Tiger a much perfect fit for upcoming actioners in Bollywood. The news of Tiger coming on board in the remake of Hollywood series film 'Rambo' was out in 2016. The remake was to helm by 'War' fame Siddharth but now he has back out of the film due to his other commitments.
Now, Rohit Dhawan, the 'Dishoom' director is said to have joined Tiger in the 'Rambo' remake. However, Tiger is shooting for Ahmad Khan's Heropanti 2, so the remake will not be going on floors anytime soon. Meanwhile, Rohit is also busy with Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo remake with Kartik Aaryan and as per the reports, the script of the film is complete. Rohit might start the shooting of the film with Kartik in February 2021.
Reportedly, the Rambo remake will go on floors only after the release of Rohit's project with Kartik. However, Tiger fans are very excited to watch the actor in his first Hollywood adaptation of the 'Rambo' series.
