In the world of showbiz, being a celebrity means always being in limelight, constantly working within deadlines. While everyone knows how busy a celebrity's life is, not many know what goes into the life of those who are always standing next to a celebrity, smiling but calculating a plethora of meetings, schedules, and commitments for their celebrity client. Meet Kaushal Joshi, the man behind television's two darlings - Jasmin Bhasin and Aly Gony. Kaushal not only manages the two actors effortlessly but is also responsible for the continuous building of the brand, not letting stagnancy enter their careers.

Talking about what goes on in his uber busy life, Kaushal says, "As a celebrity manager, I have always believed in building their brands. A celebrity actor for me is a brand, which I need to constantly keep elevating." Kaushal very strongly believes in building strong bonds with his clients and there is a reason behind it. "Building a strong bond helps you recalibrate and rearrange the plan for your celebrity. The mantra is to adapt to changing requirements, times and challenges. Every minute is a challenge, as things are constantly changing. We have to take care of everything about our talent. People think it's an easy job and is all about minting money," he says and adds about Jasmin and Aly that, "I am so thrilled to see them, two most talked about and loved contestants in this season of Bb14. I'm sure, they'll entertain the audiences like how they have over the years."

Kaushal accepts that while his priority is always his clients, it doesn't take away his dreams and ambitions. "While I am all focused on the task at hand, I also want to grow in my professional space. I aspired to become a producer and have already taken baby steps towards it. I have produced a music video and want to explore the non-fiction genre next. I wish to be known for backing quality content and that's what I aim for," he says. Talking about how Jasmin and Aly are inside the Bigg Boss house, he says, "Jasmin is undoubtedly putting her best foot forward in every task. She gives strong competition to everyone in every task, she cooks well - we know the history of kitchen and Bigg Boss winners - and the way she is playing. She is strong, feisty, and puts across her opinions fearlessly. Aly is going to be a strong support to Jasmin. He is extremely strong, and the friendship between them is well known. He will be a strong contender." Kaushal Joshi has also produced a music video and has bigger production plans.
