Divyenndu Sharma who rose to fame with Mirzapur series has first appeared in a side role in Madhuri Dixit's comeback movie Aaja Nachle. His debut Bollywood movie was Pyar Ka Punchnama where he played a character called Liquid. Well, for his role in the film, he won the Most Promising Newcomer Male award. But still, the actor was waiting for a breakthrough performance. With Amazon Prime's gangster drama, 'Mirzapur', the actor became a renowned face and now he is signing back to back projects. Recently also the actor is on board for Imtiaz Ali's project.

As per the reports, Divyenndu Sharma and Gajraj Rao are all set to come up together for a satirical drama. The film will be produced by Imtiaz Ali and helmed by Malaal fame director Mangesh Hadawale. The project is all set to go on the floors in April 2021. For now, the film is titled 'Thai Massage' and is going to be Imtiaz's first venture with Divyendu Sharma and Gajraj Rao.

Reports are also suggesting, Gajraj Rao will portray the protagonist role and along with Divyenndu Sharma, the makers are roping other actors for the film. Gajraj Rao, who got fame for doing father and gangster roles will also be seen in a different role in 'Thai Massage'.

On the work front, Divyenndu Sharma was last seen in Alt Balaji's Bicchoo Ka Khel for which he received several accolades. On the other side, was last seen in Disney plus Hotstar's 'Lootcase' and PariWar. Well, now their fans are excited to watch the actors together in Thai Massage.
