Bollywood is no more an easy industry for the star kids and insiders considering the inflow of talent that astounds one.

Fresh faces have made even secure actors with a track-record insecure, making it necessary to re-inventthemselves. Lokk at Emraan Hashmi who has broken of the mould of chronic kisser and did away with the smooches and smacking a stunning performance in Awarapan.

It had taken Akshay Kumar two dozen films to find his core as an actor, but the young actors and actresses today seem to take off as soon as they enter.

Str Kids are always under media scruitiny making them just a product of hype but they're muth is soon is broken in the revelation of the box office.

One new comer turning heads is Deepika Padukone. Those who have seen her rushes in Om Shanti Om (producer Shah Rukh Khan proudly shows off his new find to all and sundry on his laptop) swear the girl is here to 'sway'.

She can dance, act and hold a shot. Her film is yet to be released but the accolades she already gets before the realease might turn her into a disappointment.

It is a necessity not to pamper your star. Nobody wants to invest crores in newcomers unless they happen to be Abhishek-Kareena or Ranbir-Sonam Kapoor.

A little too much of attention to any star can be fatal. star-kids don't have it easy either. Look at Anupam and Kirron Kher's son Sikandar who had to knock on doors like any routine newcomer.

What counts today is talent and fame management!

Star kids require the former and the and the others the latter and no amount of rules ois gonna help, but a silent guidance.

And the fact that Ruslaan's mom is Anjana Mumtaz a prolific star-mom in movies didn't instantaneously endear him to the entire industry, proves that theater is more to the industry than connections.
