It is rightly said that one Friday can change many equations in Bollywood.

Just weeks back Saif Ali Khan was not stopping heaping praises on Kunal Kohli's style of working and how much fun he had while working with him on Thoda Pyar Thoda Magic.

But after the dismal opening and subsequent flopping of the film, Kunal doesn't feature anywhere closer in Saif's circle and is avoiding communicating with him.

Our source revealed, "Thoda Pyar Thoda Magic" was Kunal's first film as a producer and it was presented by Yash Raj Productions.

For his second film as a producer he wanted to go solo. During the last shoot schedule of TPTM, Kunal had presented Saif with a story synopsis of a film he intended to make with him.

Saif had found the idea interesting and told him that he would love to work in it but provided Kunal waits till September 2009 as his dates diary is jam packed till then.

Both had then mutually agreed on it and Kunal started working on the complete screenplay of the film."

"But after TPTM having tanked at the box office, Saif is no longer showing interest in doing Kunal's project. Kunal did try communicating with Saif but he is keeping him hanging.

The failure of TPTM has hit Saif big time and the fact that it is a back to back flop for him after Tashan, it has not gone down very well with him. He was heard expressing his anguish to those close to him.

He now has no intentions in doing any more project atleast as of now with Kunal despite Saif having got his first National Award for Best Actor under Kunal's direction for Hum Tum (2004)." the source further adds.

Kunal we heard is very depressed after the flopping of his ambitious venture! And upon that...dost dost na raha....Well such is Bollywood dearies!
