Sexy siren Bipasha Basu and Aftab Shivdasani are all set to bill and coo onscreen in producer Alok Shrivastava's film titled Jaane Hoga Kya. The film, currently under production, is a romantic comedy featuring Preeti Jhangiani and Rahul Dev in parallel roles.

Debutant director duo Glenn-Ankush is wielding the megaphone for the film. Art director Nitin Desai is reported to be designing a special set for the movie at a Mumbai studio where many romantic scenes and songs featuring Bipasha and Aftab will be shot. The film will have music by two music directors – Sajid-Wajid and Nikhil-Vinay.
