At least that's what the expectations are from the Oscar nominated producer and star of two of the highest grossing movies in Hindi film history.
After actor Amitabh Bachchan persuaded Aamir to join Twitter a few days ago over a dinner, Aamir had promised the senior actor that he would join the micro-blogging site on July 1.
Aamir Khan's Twitter entry too seems to be as well-thought and sharp as his recent movies have been.
On the lines of a movie teaser, on June 30, Aamir posted, "Testing. Aamir." from his Twitter account @aamir_khan.
And slowly the buzz grew louder and after some affirmation from the likes of director Karan Johar and Ammir Khan's nephew and actor Imran Khan, Twitter was ablaze with the news of the 'Mr Perfectionist's' entrance.
Among the first to confirm that it was indeed the real Aamir Khan, Karan Johar tweeted, "@aamir_khan on twitterverse people!!!"
Aamir's Rang De Basanti co-star Siddharth posted, "YES! It is him! Just got official word from the man himself...the inspiration, the pioneer, the mothership @aamir_khan is on twitter. Enjoy!"
Later Imran Khan posted, "@aamir_khan = REAL".
Verifications are important; according to NDTV Technology Editor, Rajiv Makhni, over 40 fake Twitter accounts were launched in Aamir's name on July 1 - the day Aamir had promised to join Twitter.
Showing uncanny allegiance with the brand he endorses, Aamir's tweets, all three of them, have come from his 'Samsung Mobile'.
Among plenty of welcome posts from fans, taking a jibe at his 'precision tweeting', a Twitter user posted, "No point waiting for @aamir_khan's next tweet. As usual, he'll limit himself to 1 character a year."
Another user, noting the habit of celebrities to exclusively post either mundane or high-concept material, posted, "now that yr here, will you speak yr mind or just send out platitudes? That will harm yr image more than U think."
In his second tweet, Aamir Sent out a nod to Amitabh Bachchan, who in turn replied, "@aamir_khan Aamir You have been tried and tested! Welcome! And thank you for agreeing to come on board! Now handle it, brother".
Bollywood ladies, Priyanka Chopra and Sonam Kapoor also welcomed the star on board.
Priyanka tweeted, "Welcoming the amaZing @aamir_khan !!! Show him some loooove people!!!"
Sonam said, "Saw the promos of @aamir_khan peepli live.. Superb real and funny, a black comedy besides tere bin laden that I'm looking forward too."
With Aamir on Twitter, who has already received over 50, 000 followers and with hundreds more adding every hour, three of the biggest 'Bollywood Khans' on Twitter, others being Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan, have endorsed the 140-character way of interacting with fans.
