Superstition among Bollywood stars is not unheard of but it is surprising when they do not mind to let go off lakhs of rupees just to satisfy their superstitious interests.

The latest fad among our favorite Bollywood actors is their obsession with the number plates of their prized vehicles. Once look at them and you will realize that most Bollywood celebrities ride on superstition!

For example, Shah Rukh Khan will never be the owner of a car that does not have the number 555 printed on its number plate.

Sanjay Dutt, another connoisseur of cars, and the owner of models like the Rolls Royce Phantom, the Ferrari and a Bugati Veyron always prefers the number 4545 on the number plates of his cars.

According to Sanjay Dutt, his car registration number should total up to the number 9 in all cases, and it is always best if the summation occurs through the number 4545.

Famous Bollywood couple Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan also follow the same mantra when it comes to rounding up on the registration numbers for their prized possessions.

While Bebo considers the number three as her lucky number and makes sure to decide on her car's number plate accordingly, Saif Ali Khan sticks to seven because he was born on the 16th, the figures of which add up to 7.

Bebo's cousin Ranbir Kapoor though stick to the birth date of his mother Neetu Kapoor when it comes to deciding on a number plate for his cars.

In a statement to the media, Sonu Sood, the newfound baddie of Bollywood explains that Bollywood actors do not keep the money factor in mind when it comes to acquiring a number plate for their cars.

It was just a while ago that Sonu Sood himself spent more than 3 lakhs behind the number plate of his Audi, this amount only to make sure that the figure Q7 was present in the registration papers!

Well, getting the perfect number plate seems to be an addiction with our favorite Bollywood celebs.
