Meghna Naidu is nowadays working under the banner of Mehul Kumar's 'Ishq Deewana' in which she plays the role of a mother.

According to her: "I am not scared like other heroines of my age to do the role of a mother in this film."

Giving the details about her charcater in the film she says, "I have a happy life with a loving husband (played by new find Rufy Khan) and child in the film but get bored with daily routine and run away with my lover (played by Shawar Ali) and get married to him. But after some time, I realize that my first marriage was a happy one and then what happens next is for you to wait and watch."
