Music producer Phil Spector, accused of murdering Lana Clarkson, has been sued for wrongful death by the late actress's mother.

Donna Clarkson's lawsuit also accused Spector, 64, of negligence and battery, reported imdb.com.

The actress was beaten before being fatally shot Feb 3, 2003. An autopsy report concluded that a gun was placed in the actress's mouth and fired.
