Vishal Bhardwaj's upcoming film was yet another meeting ground for now close friends Imran Khan and Anushka Sharma

The two first met during a magazine shoot last year. And ever since they wrapped up the shoot for Vishal, the two have remained in touch.

A source says, `They had hit it off well at the photo shoot. However, their friendship grew from strength to strength during Vishal's film. During the shoot, they spent a lot of time together, chatting and discussing things at length. So much so that they started using each other as a sounding board for their future projects. They also have a similar taste in food, friends and outlook in life.`


In fact, Anushka even makes it a point to visit Imran whenever she is in Bandra. Says Imran, `I found Anushka to be an extremely straightforward person. She is easy to work with and easy to be friends with.` To which, Anushka says, `He is a normal chilled-out guy. He does not talk about anyone or even talk down to anyone. He is very intelligent and has no hidden agenda.
