VJ-model Pooja Missra feels that one gets addicted to social-networking sites.

"I think social-networking sites are an addiction today," Pooja told reporters here Monday at the launch of "Broomstick", which offers interesting options to the online community.

Active on Facebook and Twitter, Pooja also listed the pros and cons of social networking.

"Social-networking sites have both pros and cons. Pros is that the world becomes a smaller place. Like after watching me in 'Bigg Boss' or other shows, people all over the world want to know me. So, it makes the world a smaller place," said Pooja, who was one of the contestants in "Bigg Boss 5".

"But on the downside, there are some people, who stalk you, write nasty comments," she added.

Pooja was last seen in Life OK's show "Baazi Mehmaan Nawazi Ki".
